Pacers Continue To Adjust To New System Of Play

Last updated on Thursday, October 1, 2015

(Indianapolis, IN) - The Pacers continued to learn the ins and outs of the new offensive game plan and Frank Vogel said that it’s coming along.

"I'm seeing our team take shape. We look dramatically different than the past couple of years. The speed is what's exciting to me. The speed at all positions is just something that's going to help us accomplish what we're trying to get done this season."

Paul George agreed, saying the offense is starting to come together.

"It's starting to take shape. I think yesterday everyone was a little uneasy about it. When we came back today, there wasn't any confusion, we seemed to be grasping it. We looked good today."

Meanwhile, with the Indiana Fever making the WNBA Finals the Pacers have tweaked their schedule as they were slated to play a preseason game against the Orlando Magic on October 9th. The game has been moved up a day early to Thursday, October 8th to make way for Game 3 of the WNBA Finals.
