(Indianapolis, IN) - Former Colts linebacker Josh McNary testified in his rape trial on Wednesday and said he did not force intercourse with a woman he brought to his apartment and called it consensual.
The 27-year old said he was confused by the allegations and never kept her against her will.
The jury is expected to start deliberating on Thursday.
