(West Lafayette, IN) - Purdue head coach Darrell Hazell named Austin Appleby the team’s starting quarterback.
Appleby said he's ready to lead the Boilermakers into the season.
"I went into the spring as the starter so nothing changes now. It's kind of business as usual. I'm glad it's official and now I can focus on getting this team to 1-0."
