(Bloomington, IN) - The Indiana Hoosiers have dismissed Devin Davis and Hanner Mosquera-Perea from the basketball program.
Davis was cited for marijuana possession on Monday while Mosquera-Perea was said to be with Davis at the time.
IU released a statement saying the dismissal was "effective immediately for not living up to their responsibilities to the program."
Coach Tom Crean commented on the dismissals saying, "They are young people that have made some poor choices. You don't stop supporting them or believing in them, but we just couldn't go forward and that's a terrible feeling."
