Pacers Season Ends In Memphis

Last updated on Thursday, April 16, 2015

(Memphis, TN) - In a season filled with more adversity and ups and downs than any in recent memory the Pacers were in the playoff hunt until the very last night of the regular season.

The Blue & Gold ran out of gas in game 82 as they fell to the Memphis Grizzlies 95-83, ending their season and missing out on the playoffs.

Memphis took over in the second half as Indiana never got within two possessions. Marc Gasol dominated the Pacers with a 33 point, 13 rebound double double.

Paul George was hobbled by a calf injury and had to be helped to the back in the early part of the fourth quarter.

The Pacers' loss means the Brooklyn Nets will now take on the top-seeded Atlanta Hawks.

The Pacers finish the season 38-44.
