(Bloomington, IN) - The IU Hoosiers face a tall task when they take on the #8 team in the country when the Michigan State Spartans visit Bloomington this weekend but the Hoosiers face an even bigger challenge as they send freshman quarterback Chris Covington under center.
Starter Nate Sudfeld is out for the season with a separated shoulder in his non-throwing arm.
Covington wasn't recruited as a quarterback and will have his hands full with one of the top defenses in the country.
Speaking of IU, running back Tevin Coleman was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week. Coleman racked up 219 yards rushing and three scores against Iowa. Coleman leads the nation in rushing
