Colts Hold Back Texans, 33-28

Last updated on Friday, October 10, 2014

(HOUSTON, TX) - It was a thriller in Houston as the Colts held off a furious Texans comeback to win their fourth straight with a 33-28 victory.

Andrew Luck and the Colts seemed to turn this one into a laugher early as Indy got out to a 24-0 lead in the first quarter but Houston held strong and mounted an impressive comeback before just falling short.

Luck finished the game 25 for 44 for 370 yards, 3 touchdowns and an interception. He also lost a fumble which was returned for a touchdown by the Texans' J.J. Watt.

The man of the game was wide receiver T.Y. Hilton who caught nine Andrew Luck passes for 223 yards and a touchdown.

The Colts are now 4-2 after losing the first two games of the season with 3 of the 4 wins being division victories and take sole possession of first place in the AFC south.

The Colts get a much needed break after two games in five days and have ten days to prepare for their huge AFC showdown against the Cincinnati Bengals.
