Colts Announce Roster Moves

Last updated on Tuesday, September 30, 2014

(Indianapolis,IN) - A day after a feel good 41-17 win over the Tennessee Titans the Colts had their good vibes screech to a halt as a pair of players were on the wrong side of the law.

Safety LaRon Landry was suspended four games by the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse policy and wide receiver Da'Rick Rogers was released from the team after being arrested for a DUI.

Landry tested positive for performance enhancing drugs and will be suspended from all team activities until October 27th. He will also not be paid during the suspension.

As for Rogers, he had a history of running into trouble, he left school at Tennessee for failing drug tests and his DUI near the IUPUI campus sealed his fate with the Colts.

Sergio Brown is expected to take over in Landry's absence.
