(Indianapolis, IN) - In only 90 minutes of practice time due to rain, E.J Viso posted the fastest practice time at 224.115 MPH.
Kurt Busch, seeking to contest both the Indianapolis 500 and stock car race in N.C., on the same day, posted his fastest lap of the month at 224.159 mph.
Juan Pablo Montoya, Ryan Hunter-Reay, and Marco Andretti wrap up the top 5 for the day.
Practice gets underway at the speedway today at noon.
