(UNDATED) - The following is a wrapup of regional baseball matchups from Wednesday.
The Chicago Cubs failed to score in two games against the New York Yankees on Wednesday. In game 1 the Cubs lost 3-0 and in game two Chicago fell 2-0.
The Cincinnati Reds had better luck Wednesday winning 4 to 0 over Pittsburgh. Johnny Cueto was sharp by throwing a CG shutout with 12 strikeouts.
Cleveland beat Detroit 3-2.
St Louis fell to the hot Milwaukee Brewers 5 to 1.
