(UNDATED) - The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series is at Darlington Raceway in South Carolina.
Practice and qualifying for Saturday night's Southern 500 is scheduled for Friday.
The first seven races of the 2014 season have produced seven different winners.
Matt Kenseth won last year's Southern 500 and he is looking to make it eight-for-eight as he looks for his first victory of the year.
