(Birmingham, AL) - The Verizon IndyCar Series opens two days of testing at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama later today.
23 car - driver combinations are scheduled to participate in the open test.
The first race of the new season takes place on March 30th through the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida.
The IndyCar Series will race at Long Beach before returning to Barber for the fifth Grand Prix of Alabama on April 27th.
