(Indianapolis, IN) -It was another tough night at Hinkle Fieldhouse for the Butler Bulldogs as they fell 87 to 81 to Providence.
Early in the second half, Butler was able to erase a 13 point half time deficit but did not have enough down the stretch.
Kellen Duhnam had 26 points in the loss.
Butler now drops to 12 and 15 overall and 2 and 13 in the Big East. The Bulldogs next play on Wednesday at #9 ranked Villanova.
