(INDIANAPOLIS) - Yesterday was the day no Colts player enjoys, instead of preparing for this weekend's AFC championship game, Coach Chuck Pagano was handing out garbage bags for the team to clean out their lockers.
While the Colts fell short in the ultimate goal of the Super Bowl, Coach Pagano pointed to plenty of positives at his end-of-season news conference.
"We took the next step, but three teams that are playing championship Sunday, if you will, we beat" Pagano said. Denver, San Francisco and Seattle, we beat all three of those teams.
We're going to keep chasing it. We always will. That will never change. But the sky is the limit."
