Second Half Rally Pushes Ball State To Upset Win

(Muncie, IN) - Jesse Berry came off the bench with 21 points as Ball State upset Buffalo in Muncie 71-68 for the Cardinals first Mid-American Conference win of the season.

Chris Bond added 16 points and 13 rebounds for Ball State who raised their record to 4-12 overall, and 1-4 in the MAC.

The Cardinals trailed the Bulls 36-30 at the half.

Buffalo was led by Javon McCrea's game-high 28 points.
