Luck And Mathis To Play Against Each Other In The Pro Bowl

Last updated on Thursday, January 23, 2014

(Honolulu, HI) Chuck Pagano and Andrew Luck aren’t used to having Robert Mathis on the other side, but that will be the case on Sunday at the Pro Bowl.

Luck was taken first overall by Hall of Famer Deion Sanders team. That puts luck on the team led by coach Pagano.

Sanders also took Colts linebacker Robert Mathis but Mathis was taken away by hall of famer Jerry Rice's team so now number 98 gets to chase down number 12 on Sunday.

This is the first year for the new "unconferenced" format which is meant to liven up the game which has been criticized by fans and Commissioner Roger Goodell for the quality of play.
