(Undated) - In some sad news from the motorsports world, Seven time Formula One Champion Michael Schumacher is in a coma after suffering a head injury in a skiing accident early Sunday morning.

The 5 time winner of the US Grand Prix at Indianapolis was airlifted to a hospital after skiing on a chalet he owns in the French Alps.

Also, former Indianapolis 500 winning car owner Andy Granatelli has passed at the age of 90.

Granatelli was the former CEO of STP and is infamous for his kiss of Mario Andretti in the winners circle of the 1969 Indianapolis 500.
