(Chicago, IL) - The Chicago Bears say that Jay Cutler will start at quarterback Sunday against the Cleveland Browns.
Coach Marc Trestman said the decision turn back to Cutler was easy.
"This decision was made a long time ago," Trestman said. "When Jay was ready to play, he would play."
Josh McCown has thrown 13 touchdowns and only one touchdown filling in for the injured Cutler this season.
