(Cincinnati, OH) - The Cincinnati Bengals have placed punter Kevin Huber on injured reserve and signed punter Shawn Powell to replace Huber on the roster.
Huber was injured on a massive block by Steelers linebacker Terence Garvin that left the punter with a fractured jaw and a broken bone in his neck.
Huber says it's not up to him whether the block was illegal or not. "It's not my job to make that decision.
He came for a block, he got me blocked, and they scored a touchdown" Huber said.
The NFL says upon further review that a flag should have been thrown on the play, negating the touchdown.
