(Baltimore, MD) - The Baltimore Orioles used three solo home runs to power their way past the slumping Chicago White Sox 3-1 Thursday night at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Brian Roberts, Adam Jones, and J.J. Hardy each homered for the Birds, who snapped a 2-game losing streak.

Miguel Gonzalez pitched seven strong innings for his 9th win of the season. Jim Johnson's perfect 9th inning resulted in his 42nd save.

José Quintana took the loss after serving up all three Orioles homers.
