(West Lafayette, IN) - Notre Dame and Purdue meet on the football field for the 85th time Saturday when the Fighting Irish and Boilermakers play at Ross-Ade Stadium in West Lafayette.
Both teams are 1-1 with the Irish winning their home-opener against Temple before falling at Michigan last weekend.
The Boilers lost their season opener on the road at Cincinnati but came back last Saturday to beat Indiana State at home.
Notre Dame has won the last five games in the series.
