(Watkins Glen, NY) Three-time NASCAR champion Tony Stewart will need a third surgery to repair his broken leg and could miss several races in the Sprint Cup Series.
Stewart broke his tibia and fibula in a wreck during a sprint car race Monday night in Iowa.
Stewart-Haas Racing competition director Greg Zipadelli said more information would be made available over the next day of two on how many races the Columbus, Indiana native will miss.
