Colts Trim Roster Following Win Over Browns

(Indianapolis, IN) - Coming off an impressive 27-6 win over the Cleveland Browns in preseason game number three on Saturday, the Colts had to get down to busy on Sunday, making cuts to the current roster.

The NFL mandated that all rosters must be cut down to 75 players by 4pm Sunday afternoon, and 53 players on the roster by Wednesday.

The Colts released twelve players today including kicker Brandon Mcmanus and running back David Meggett.

The team also placed Lawrence Sidbury on IR.

Also, Anthony Castanzo, who left Saturdays game in the 1st quarter is day to day with a mild MCL Sprain.

The Colts will play their fourth and final preseason game on Thursday night in Cincinnati.
