(Cincinnati, OH) - In the National League, Shin-Soo Choo homered and Mike Leake won for the first time in five-starts during the Cincinnati Reds’ 10-7 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks at Great American Ballpark.
Choo's first inning homer was part of a four-hit afternoon that ended with three-RBIs and three-runs scored for the Reds' centerfielder.
Leake improved to 11-and-5 after four-runs in six-innings pitched.
The Reds are 72-55, two and-a-half games off of the NL Central lead, and play the Diamondbacks at 12:35 this afternoon.
