Cheaney Leaves Hoosiers For St. Louis

(Bloomington, IN) - In college basketball, Calbert Cheaney has decided to leave his position with the Indiana men's basketball program to become an assistant coach at St. Louis under former Hoosier Jim Crews.

Cheaney was a three-time All-American with Indiana as a player in the early 90's and was serving as director of operations for Hoosier basketball since July of 2011.

Crews won a national championship with the Hoosiers as a player in 1976.
