Phegley Hits First Career Home Run In White Sox Loss

(St. Petersburgh, FL) - In the American League Sunday, the Tampa Bay Rays completed a three game sweep of the Chicago White Sox with a 3-1 victory at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg.

David Price went the distance for Tampa, pitching nine innings with one-run allowed and five-strikeouts.

Josh Phegley scored Chicago's only run with a homer in the sixth inning, the first of his major league career.

The White Sox are 34-51 and host the Cubs tonight at 8:10.
