Offensive Barrage Leads Cardinals Past Phillies

(St. Louis, MO) - The National League’s two-batting leaders speared an offensive barrage in the St. Louis Cardinals 11-3 rout of the Philadelphia Phillies last night at Busch Stadium.

Catcher Yadier Molina went 3-5 with an RBI and two-runs scored.

Allen Craig bats in front of Molina in the Cardinals lineup and had a pair of hits and scored twice.

Jake Westbrook improved to 7-4 after pitching seven-innings and allowing three-runs.

The Cardinals are 61-37 and wrap up their four game set against Philadlephia tonight. First pitch at 7:15.
