(Cleveland, OH) - In the American League Monday, Victor Martinez hit a two-run double in top of the tenth inning to give the Detroit Tigers a 4-2 win over the Cleveland Indians at Progressive Field.
The win gives the Tigers three-wins in the four-game series and a three and-a-half game lead over Cleveland for first place in the AL Central division.
Mark Reynolds broke out of an 0-23 slump with two-hits for the Indians.
Cleveland is 46-43 and host the Toronto Blue Jays tonight at 7:05.
