Sale Fires One Hitter As White Sox Blank Angels

(Chicago, IL) - In the American League Sunday, Chris Sale pitched a complete game, one-hitter in the Chicago White Sox 3-0 win over the Los Angeles Angels at US Cellular Field.

Sale had a perfect game broken up in the seventh inning on a single by Mike Trout and improved to 4-2 in his first career shutout and third consecutive win.

Chicago is 15-20 and begin a series at the Minnesota Twins tonight.

First pitch is at 8:10.
