(Indianapolis, IN) - Kurt Busch completed the Indianapolis 500 rookie orientation program Thursday.
The 34 year old NASCAR champion completed all three phases or the program as mandated by Indycar and reached a top speed of 218.21 miles per hour.
Busch remained cautious when talking about running "the double," saying he needed more experience in an Indycar before making a commitment in racing at the iconic 2.5 mile oval in future races.
