Pacers Lose Regular Season Finale, Play Hawks In Playoffs

(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indiana Pacers were defeated in Wednesday night’s regular season finale, a 105-95 loss to the Philadelphia 76rs at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Head coach Frank Vogel rested four of the five starting players for Indiana during a meaningless game when considering who plays who this weekend in the opening rounds of the NBA playoffs.

Gerald Green scored a career high 34 points against the 76ers Wednesday.

Two other reserves scored 12 points for Indiana while starters Paul George, Roy Hibbert, Geroge Hill, and David West took a day off in preparation for the Hawks.

The Pacers have lost five of their last six games and finish the season with a 49-32 record.

Game one of the best of seven playoff series against the Hawks is Sunday at Bankers' Life Fieldhouse.

Tipoff is at 1:00.
