(Toronto, Ontario) - In the American League Thursday, the Toronto Blue Jays received six shutout innings from RA Dickey in beating the Chicago White Sox 3-1 at Rogers Centre in Toronto.

The reigning NL Cy Young Award winner had a no-hitter going through four-innings but left the game after the sixth because of soreness in his back.

Tyler Flowers hit an RBI double in the eighth-inning for the White Sox only run.

Paul Konerko went hitless in ending his 9 game hitting streak.

Chicago begins a weekend series tonight against the Minnesota Twins at US Cellular Field.

First pitch is at 8:10.
