Pacers Pick Up Big Conference Win Over Bulls

(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indiana Pacers turned-in another strong offensive performance against some of the best in the Eastern Conference, posting a 111-101 victory over the Chicago Bulls Monday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

The Pacers shot 53 percent against the Bulls, their second straight game with a field goal percentage above 50 percent, and cracked the 100 point barrier for the fourth time in five games.

David West led all scorers with 29 points, nine rebounds, and four assists and Paul George had 21 points and 11 rebounds for Indiana.

Point guard George Hill was listed as day-to-day with a shoulder contusion before last night's game but scored 22 points and had six assists for the Pacers.

Marco Belineli came off the bench to lead the shorthanded Bulls with 24 points and Nate Robinson had 19 points and nine assists.

The Bulls are Pacers are both 29-19 on the season and hold down the third best records in the East.

Chicago heads out West to play the Denver Nuggets Thursday and the Pacers return to action tonight against the Atlanta Hawks.

Indiana are trying for their fifteenth consecutive win at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the longest home winning streak for the franchise since the 1999-2000 season.

Tipoff is at 7:00.
