Notre Dame Travels To Pittsburgh In A Battle Of Top 25 Teams

(Pittsburgh, PA) - The number-21 Notre Dame Fighting Irish visit the 17th ranked Pittsburgh Panthers at Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh.

The Fighting Irish are trying to restore order after a stunning 71-54 loss at the streaking Providence Friars Saturday night.

Notre Dame have won three overtime games in the last two and-a-half weeks but have lost by considerable margins against the Friars and the Big-East leading Syracuse Orange.

The Panthers are tied with the Fighting Irish for third place in the conference with an 8-5 record after losing at the number-20 Marquette Golden Eagles Saturday night.

Notre Dame has won four straight games against the Panthers.

Tipoff tonight is at 7:00.
