(Terre Haute, IN) In college basketball, the Indiana State Sycamores lost their third consecutive game Tuesday night, a 66-62 defeat against the Wichita State Shockers at Hulman Center in Terre Haute.

The Sycamores played like conference contenders during a 13 point win over the Shockers on February 19th and candidates for an at-large bid to the upcoming NCAA Tournament.

The Sycamores are now three games behind first place Wichita State in the Missouri Valley Conference after last night's defeat and have back to back losses against the lesser Bradley Braves and Missouri State Bears.

Manny Arop had 17 points and nine rebounds and Jake Odum added 15 points, six rebounds, and five assists for Indiana State.

The Sycamores are 16-11 overall, 9-7 in the M-V-C, and play Saturday at home against the Iona Gaels.
