(Bloomington, IN) - The third-ranked Indiana Hoosiers and second-ranked Michigan Wolverines will battle for Big-Ten supremacy tomorrow night during a nationally televised contest at Assembly Hall.
The Wolverines have lost one game this season, a three point road defeat to the Ohio State Buckeyes last month, and roughed-up the Northwestern Wildcats two days ago for their seventh conference win.
Glenn Robinson III is the son of former Purdue Boilermaker great, Glenn Robinson, and averages 12 points a game at forward.
Sophomore Trey Burke is the first player in the Big-Ten to average 17 points and seven assists per-game since Magic Johnson, and Tim Hardaway Junior is one of the premier 3-point shooters in the country with a 15.5 points-per-game average.
The Hoosiers are also 7-1 in the conference and have won four straight games since losing to the Wisconsin Badgers in Bloomington just two days after Michigan lost at Ohio State.
Indiana handed the Purdue Boilermakers their worst home loss in school history Wednesday night, a 97-60 statement win at Mackey Arena.
Cody Zeller is one of the premier big-men in the country and shook out of a two game scoring slump to net 19 points and 11 rebounds against the Boilermakers.
Victor Oladipo is a constant defender who's shot the ball with deadly accuracy the last three games, scoring 17 points against Purdue and 21 points against Michigan State last Sunday.
Michigan and Indiana split their two games last season, with each team scoring a conference win on their home court.
Tipoff tomorrow night in Bloomington is at 9:00.
