(Fargo, ND) The IPFW Mastodons came up short against the Summit League’s best, losing to the North Dakota State Bison 67-55 at Bison Sports Arena in Fargo.
North Dakota State never trailed in the second half in going a perfect 5-0 in league play, and shot 57 percent from the field to the Mastodons 37 percent.
Luis Jacobo led all scorers with 21 points for IPFW and Taylor Braun had 16 points and five rebounds for the Bison.
The Mastodons fall to 8-10 overall, 1-3 in the league and host the South Dakota State Jackrabbits tomorrow night.
