(Des Moines, IA) - The Drake Bulldogs snapped the Evansville Aces four game winning streak with an 83-69 win at Knapp Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
Drake shot 50 percent on the evening and made 11-of-21, 3-point attempts in pulling away from the Aces in the second half.
Chris Hines had 21 points and five, 3-pointers for the Bulldogs and Colt Ryan led all scorers with 25 points for Evansville.
Drake is 8-9 overall, 2-4 in the Missouri Valley Conference, and play at the Northern Iowa Panthers Sunday.
The Aces fall to 11-7 overall, 4-2 in the conference, and travel to the Indiana State Sycamores Saturday night.
