(Indianapolis, IN) - Indianapolis Colts wideout T-Y Hilton was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance in Sunday's 20-13 win over the Buffalo Bills.

Hilton became the first player in franchise history to return a punt for a touchdown and catch a touchdown pass in the same game.

The rookie's 75 yard return in the first quarter was the second longest in Colts history and finished with a 28 yard punt return average on the afternoon.

Hilton was selected in the third round by the Colts in the 2012 draft and was the 92nd overall pick.

The Colts are 7-4 and play the 4-7 Detroit Lions Sunday. Kickoff from Ford Field is at 1:00.
