Last updated on Wednesday, October 3, 2012

(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indiana Fever advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals for the second consecutive season by beating the Atlanta Dream Tuesday night 75-64 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

The game three victory was sweet revenge for Indiana, who were bounced from the playoffs by the Dream last season in the third and series deciding game in Indianapolis.

Next up for the Fever are the Connecticut Sun, who Katie Douglas tuned-up for by leading all scorers with 24 points last night.

The Purdue icon was traded to Indiana in 2008 after spending five seasons with top seeded Connecticut.

Forwards Tamika Catchings and Erlana Larkins each scored sixteen points and combined for 31 rebounds on the night for Indiana, who open the best-of-three conference finals in Uncasville Friday night.

Tipoff at 8:00.
