Cubs Shutout By Astros Again

(Chicago, IL) - The Chicago Cubs were shutout for the second consecutive game, falling to the Houston Astros 3-0 at Wrigley Field.

Budd Norris and four relievers combined to keep Chicago scoreless for the sixteenth time this season.

Chris Volstad fell to 3-12 despite a solid seven inning, six strikeout performance.

Starlin Castro had two of Chicago's hits but also committed his 27th error at short-stop this season.

The Cubs and Astros have both lost over 100 games and close out the regular season at Wrigley Field tonight.
