Last updated on Thursday, August 16, 2012

(Toronto, ON) - Adam Dunn hit a go-ahead three-run home run in the seventh inning as the Chicago White Sox defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 9-5.

Dewayne Wise had a big game for the Sox, hitting a two-run single in the second and a two-run homer in the fourth as Chicago jumped out to a 4-0 lead.

An error led to a Toronto run in the fifth before Kelly Johnson tied the game with a three-run blast in the sixth.

Following Dunn's go-ahead home run, the Sox got a solo shot in the seventh by Dayan Viciedo. Jeff Mathis hit a solo homer in the ninth for the Jays.

Gavin Floyd gets the win for Chicago to even his record at 9-9 while Ricky Romero takes the loss to drop to 8-10.

With the win, the White Sox remain two games ahead of second-place Detroit in the AL Central following the Tigers' win at Minnesota.
