Luck Set To Participate in Colts Mini Camp

Last updated on Tuesday, June 12, 2012

(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts open a mandatory three-day mini-camp today at the team’s headquarters.

The mini-camp is the last formal team activity for the Colts until training camp begins on July 28th in Anderson.

Quarterback Andrew Luck returns to Indianapolis after finishing classes at Stanford last week. Luck and two other rookies were prohibited from attending OTA's until they finished their college course work.

Luck is permitted to participate in mini-camp even though the number-one overall pick in last April's draft remains unsigned. He is expected to be under contract soon as the CBA ratified before last season limits the negotiating parameters for rookie contracts. Second-round pick Coby Fleener and third-round pick Dwayne Allen also remain unsigned.

Tomorrow's mini-camp workout will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium and is open to the public.
