(Indianapolis, IN) - The Indiana Fever made a franchise-record 15 three-pointers en route to a 95-61 blowout of the Connecticut Sun at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Briann January led six Indiana players in double figures with 20 points as the Fever took command of this one early. They led by twelve points at the end of one and extended that lead to 27 at halftime. The 34-point lead at the end of the game was the largest of the contest for Indiana.

Katie Douglas added 17 points and Tamika Catchings finished with a double-double of 13 points and ten rebounds.

Mistie Mims led Connecticut with eleven points off the bench with starters Kara Lawson and Asjha Jones scoring ten apiece as the Sun drop to 9-and-3.

Connecticut's leading scorer and rebounder, Tina Charles, was held to six points on 3-for-11 shooting but did lead the Sun with eight boards.

Indiana outscored Connecticut 45 to six from beyond the arc as the Fever went 15 for 24 from three-point range while the Sun hit just two of their 17 attempts.

The Fever improve to 6-and-4 as they open a three-game road trip Saturday night in Tulsa.
