Last updated on Thursday, May 10, 2012

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Pacers took Wednesday off to celebrate advancing to the second round of the NBA Playoffs for the first time since 2005.

The Pacers eliminated the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night, winning their opening-round series four games to one. They will return to practice today as they begin preparing for their Eastern Conference Semifinal series with the Miami Heat.

The Heat advanced with a 106-94 win over the New York Knicks last night to take that series in five games.

Game One of the Pacers - Heat series will be Sunday afternoon in South Florida.

Miami took three of four from Indiana in the regular season, including both games at AmericanAirlines Arena.

The last time the Pacers and Heat met in Miami was on March 10th with the Heat pulled out a 93-91 overtime victory. The teams played again in Indianapolis on March 26th with the Blue-and-Gold coming away with their lone win in the season series 105-90.

Miami is the number-two seed in the Eastern Conference while Indiana is the number-three seed.
