Pacers Dominate Magic In Game 3

(ORLANDO, FL) - The Indiana Pacers used another big third quarter to pull away from Orlando, beating the Magic 97-74 in Game Three of their opening-round Eastern Conference playoff series.

The Pacers lead the best-of-seven series two games to one.

The Blue-and-Gold led 44-38 at intermission before putting the pedal to the metal in the third, outscoring the Magic 32-17 in the period. The Pacers poured it on in the fourth, extending the lead to as many as 29 with 3:15 to play.

Danny Granger scored a playoff career-high 26 points to lead Indiana with Roy Hibbert adding a playoff career-high 18 points and ten rebounds. George Hill scored 15 points with Paul George scoring twelve and Darren Collison contributing with ten points off the bench.

Glen Davis continues to be an offensive weapon for Orlando, scoring a team-high 22 points in place of injured All-Star Dwight Howard. JJ Redick had 13 points off the bench and Jameer Nelson finished with ten points on 3-for-10 shooting.

Game Four is Saturday afternoon in Orlando.
