(INDIANAPOLIS) - On Tuesday, IMS and General Motors officials unveiled the 2013 Corvette ZR1 that will pace the Indianapolis 500.
It marks the 23rd time that the race will be paced by a Chevrolet and the eleventh time that a Corvette will lead the field to the green flag.
There is still no official word from the Speedway as to who will drive the car on race day. That announcement is expected sometime next week.
