(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Fever went for some size in Monday's WNBA draft, selecting Georgia Tech center Sasha Goodlett in the first round and VCU forward Courtney Hurt in the third round.
Goodlett is 6-foot-5 and averaged 14 and-a-half points and 7.7 rebounds last season with the Yellow Jackets.
The 6-foot-1 inch Hurt was the leading rebounder and ninth-leading scorer in the nation last season, averaging 22.3 points and 13.1 rebounds with the Rams.
WNBA training camps open on April 29th.
