(BLOOMINGTON) - Curt Miller was introduced Wednesday as the new women's basketball coach at Indiana University.

Miller comes to IU from Bowling Green, where he has been named Mid-American Conference Coach of the Year a record six times in his eleven seasons with the Falcons.

His career record is 258-and-92, all at Bowling Green, with five MAC Tournament Championships and five N-C-A-A Tournament appearances. This past season, the Falcons went 24-and-7, losing to Eastern Michigan in the semifinals of the MAC Tournament. Bowling Green appeared in the Women's NIT, falling to V-C-U in the first round.

He is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College and served as an assistant coach at Kent State, Cleveland State, Syracuse and Colorado State before being named head coach at Bowling Green in 2001.

Miller replaces Felisha Leggette-Jack, who was fired on March 12th. Leggette-Jack went 87-and-113 in her six seasons in Bloomington, including a 6-and-24 mark in the recently completed season.
