Pacers Outclass Bobcats In Blowout Win

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers had an easy time with Charlotte, pounding the woeful Bobcats 108-73 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

The Pacers blew this one open early, jumping out to a 21-2 lead in the first eight and-a-half minutes.

They built the advantage to 20 points at halftime, 40 points at the end of three quarters and led by as many as 44 in the fourth quarter.

Indiana outshot Charlotte 50% to 37% and the 73 points is the fewest the Pacers have allowed this season.

Roy Hibbert led the Blue and Gold with 18 points and 14 rebounds with David West and Danny Granger adding 14 points apiece.

Derrick Brown led Charlotte with 16 points with Kemba Walker finishing with 15 as the Bobcats drop to an NBA worst 4-27.

The Pacers are now 19-12 as they host the New Orleans Hornets on Tuesday night.
